In any existing EMR, users find themselves doing the digital equivalent of gathering data from disparate sources to evaluate a single patient. Here, I present a basic user-centered design that could drastically improve workflow and ensure that no information is missed.

ReplyDeleteI think this would help dramatically to streamline the chart review process. It would be great too because it would standardize the 'chart review' and then we could experiment and adapt from it. A few kinks might be specifying which attending's notes to pull in but that would not be difficult.
